POLICY CYCLE
RESEARCH PROGRAMMES.
The 89 Initiative organises a series of research programmes, both at our headquarters and our regional chapters.
The policy cycle involves leading academic thinkers and engages 89ers over the course of a year with the aim of producing innovative policy proposals for the consideration of EU and national institutions.
The final proposals are enshrined within a set of annual policy reports, published and presented at our annual conference each Spring. Each year, the policy cycle focuses on a main underlying theme.
