The Polish Chapter is the first Central and Eastern European branch of the 89 Initiative. Based in Warsaw, our aim is to provide an in-depth understanding of the local perspective on pressing European issues ranging from climate change to migration and border security. In the think-do spirit of the 89 Initiative, we’d like to engage local audiences in a constructive dialogue to produce more equitable policy recommendations for decision-makers at both national and European levels. By doing so, we aim to empower especially the youth, affected by strong political divisions and limited access to civic education, and to reinvigorate the European project in our region.
